Previously doctors use to suggest some ‘sea air’ to get better, but new research by a team of experts shows that individuals stress levels can be reduced dramatically by seas, lakes and rivers.
The study showed individuals a variety of pictures, moving from an urban background to a more green background, they then introduced seas, waters and rivers. The results showed a decrease in individuals stress levels as they began to view more sea images.
