At Brighton Beach Bikes, a stone’s throw from the Queens Hotel, we are the only cycle hire service on Brighton Beach. Located next to the seafront cycle path and with bikes for all the family members we are perfectly located for that stress free activity to help make your trip to Brighton & Hove one to remember.
Our Bikes
Our bikes are Californian cruiser bikes, specially designed for cruising up and down our 10 miles (ca. 16 km) of seafront cycle lanes. With saddles like sofas and a wide range of colours to choose from you won’t find hire bikes anywhere else that are as comfortable or fun to ride. If you have the family with you then we have child bikes, child trailers, child seats and more. As there are no roads to cross from our shop to reach the seafront cycle lane we are a safe and fun family activity.
For those that want to go further afield we have mountain bikes that can take you to the Seven Sisters or the South Downs. If you’re really up for something different then we also hire out tandem bikes, great fun to ride and you’ll spread a little joy to those around you as you pass by.

Bike Hire & Tours
Every hire comes with a lock and helmet if required and an easy sign up and ride process.
We also offer bike tours for those that want to get to know the area a bit more. In our shop we sell all the beachwear you might need if you want a spontaneous dip in the English Channel or laze on the beach, but haven’t brought all the correct stuff.
